Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Exitaccounting Restoration to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what happens afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Exitaccounting Restoration
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed from it. Please understand that Exitaccounting Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@exitaccounting.garden and include:

  • Your name and how we can reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
